These terms govern your use of nextgenhardwares.com and any purchase you make from NEXTGEN HARDWARE, operated by «REGISTERED COMPANY NAME», BLK 302031 Seri Delima, Lintang Bayan 8, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, but screens render colour differently and manufacturers change packaging and revisions without notice. A product photograph is an illustration, not a guarantee of a specific production batch.

Where an item's compatibility matters — voltage, plug type, keyboard layout, socket or interface — the product page states what we know. If your use depends on something not listed there, ask before ordering rather than after.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you select. Your currency is set by the region you are browsing, and the amount displayed is the amount you are charged — we do not convert at checkout.

Prices in currencies other than our base currency are derived from a published exchange rate and refreshed regularly, so they move with the market. The price shown when you place the order is the price that applies to that order.

Prices exclude any import duty or tax levied by your own country. See Shipping & Returns.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or an order fails a fraud check. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Stock levels are shown as accurately as our system allows, but an item can sell out between your adding it to the cart and paying.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the store or other customers' accounts.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
