Shipping & Returns
Where we ship from
NEXTGEN HARDWARE is based in Malaysia and ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on the move.
Delivery times
These are courier estimates from the day your parcel is dispatched, not from the day you order:
• Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei — 3–7 business days • Rest of Asia, Australia, New Zealand — 7–14 business days • Europe, United Kingdom, North America — 10–18 business days • Middle East, Africa, South America — 14–25 business days
Peak seasons, customs inspections and remote destinations add time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the end of its estimated window, contact us and we will open a trace with the courier.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the parcel's weight, and is shown in the currency you are browsing in before you pay. Any free-shipping promotion is applied automatically.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your own government, are not collected by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or reimburse them, and a parcel refused at customs is treated as a change-of-mind return.
We declare every parcel at its true paid value. We will not mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value; doing so is illegal in most countries and would void your insurance.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Check your address carefully at checkout. A parcel returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or unclaimed can be reshipped once you pay the new shipping cost, or refunded minus the original shipping and any return charges the courier bills us.
Returns
See our Refund Policy for the full conditions. In short: unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by you. On international orders that cost is often a large share of the item's price — please be sure before you open the packaging.
